Zachary Rohde is a third year Master degree candidate in the Department of Landscape Architecture at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He is a native of Highland Park, New Jersey and holds a BS in Environmental Planning and Design from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
The Art Library at Rutgers featured the solo work of Zachary Rohde, third year graduate student in the department of landscape architecture at Rutgers University in June, 2014. Zac’s work aspires to offer creative solutions to complex design problems by employing an artful approach to landscape representation. His exhibit will showcase four projects from his portfolio of student work, each with a distinctive scale and existing context. In addition to visualizing the range of scales in which landscape architects operate, Zac hopes to communicate the importance of utilizing disparate modes of drawing, photography, and physical model making for the perception and conception of landscape.
