An important note for Mac Catalina (64-bit) Users:
EndNote X9.3.1 was released to comply with Mac Catalina 64-bit technology. Any current operating system that supports EndNote X9.2 will also support X9.3.1. Please go to https://www.libraries.rutgers.edu/endnote to download the new version.
An important note for Windows Users:
As a Rutgers user, you should not be asked to enter a product key to install the program. When you install EndNote on your PC, if you are asked for a product key, then you are not installing it appropriately. After you download the EndNote zip file from http://www.libraries.rutgers.edu/endnote, please extract the zip file and place the extracted files in a SEPARATE folder. Then clicking the installer should allow you to install the program.
