An RSS feed (Rich Site Summary or Really Simple Syndication) allows you to keep up on news, articles, journals, etc., without manually visiting each site. The feed is delivered automatically via RSS aggregator/feed reader programs. Many browsers such as Firefox, Internet Explorer have built-in readers. Google Reader is a free RSS feed reader.
