Title: Open & Affordable Textbooks
Presenters: Lily Todorinova and Zara Wilkinson
Abstract: This presentation will share the results of a survey of faculty members teaching courses that are part of Rutgers University Libraries’ Open and Affordable Textbooks (OAT) program. Faculty/instructors discussed how they choose textbook materials, what they think about affordability, how they felt student performance was affected, as well as the types of incentives that enable them to engage with course redesign.
