In Advanced Search, use Subject: missions sources [any other subject] for primary source collections

From the Advanced Search page, selecti Journals and search mission* .  The * is the truncation symbol for variants like missions or missionary.

In Advanced Search, Resource Type limits include books, articles, newspapers, and archival materials.  Start and End Dates also help narrow down the date of publication, though this is not necessarily the historical period for which the material is a primary source.

In any result set or hit list, use the filters (also called facets) on the left for
      Available online or Held by library.  "Held by library" will limit your results to physical objects, like print or microfilm in Alex or Special  Collections
      Subject will quickly identify subject categories within the result set, with the quantities in each
