This data portal allows access to data collected throughout the duration of the project.

The National Outbreak Reporting System (NORS) is a web-based platform used by local, state, and territorial health departments in the United States to report all waterborne and foodborne disease outbreaks and enteric disease outbreaks transmitted by contact with environmental sources, infected persons or animals, or unknown modes of transmission to CDC. NORS Dashboard is a web-based tool for searching and accessing data from NORS.

Viruses from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) provides viral genome sequence data and related information.

A joint creation by the USDA Food Safety & Inspection Service (FSIS) and the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS), this site helps to assist food companies (large and small) in the use of predictive models, the appropriate application of models, and proper model interpretation of microbes in food.

Provides biological information for the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae along with search and analysis tools to explore these data, enabling the discovery of functional relationships between sequence and gene products in fungi and higher organisms.
