Getting Started with RUL

Before You Start Your Research

Women & Work

Women & Work, a subject which embraces employed women and women working in their homes, is an interdisciplinary field, rich in research possibilities.

This guide has been developed for students in the courses Working Women in American Society (37:575:309) and Women and Work (38:578:541), offered by the School for Management and Labor Relations (SMLR).  It is also for students, researchers, and faculty studying working women in the many additional courses offered at Rutgers or developing projects at one of the university's many diverse women's research centers.
