Citation management databases are tools that help keep track of your resources in order to cite them properly. The Libraries support 3 citation management tools: RefWorks, EndNote and Zotero.
RefWorks is a web-based tool while EndNote and Zotero are desktop applications. This means that you need to download them onto your computer in order to use them. More information on the 3 citation management tools are here.
