Meta Essentials - https://www.erim.eur.nl/research-support/meta-essentials/. A free tool for meta-analysis that facilitates the integration and synthesis of effect sizes from different studies. 

Metafor - http://www.metafor-project.org/doku.php. A free and open-source add-on for conducting meta-analyses with the statistical software environment R.

OpenMeta[Analyst] - http://www.cebm.brown.edu/openmeta/. Open-source, cross-platform software for advanced meta-analysis.
