• Use for books, articles, book chapters, conference proceedings, and other materials not held by Rutgers
• If you need an article or chapter from a non-circulating item at Rutgers, we'll scan it and send it to you
• You'll be notified by email when your requested item becomes available
• Articles are delivered electronically, usually within 1-2 business days
• Delivery and loan times for books varies
• First-time ILLiad users will need to register

 E-ZBorrow

• E-ZBorrow is the fastest way to request books
• Most requests are filled within 3-5 business days
• You'll be notified by email when your book is available for pickup
• Loan period: 12 weeks (no renewals)

UBorrow

• UBorrow books come from Big Ten partner libraries
• Books usually arrive within 7 business days
• You'll be notified by email when your book is available for pickup
• Loan period: 16 weeks (no renewals)
• Managed through ILLiad; first-time users will need to register
