For loans from the federal government, search GovLoans.gov. And there's Funding Programs from the U.S. Small Business Administration. Don't forget to Gather the Info You'll Need (forms and documentation).

In New Jersey, Financing & Incentives are available from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.

The New Jersey Redevelopment Authority also has financing programs for selected cities in the state.

And you can consult the Economic Development Directory: New Jersey to locate an economic development corporation in your city or county.
