- PubMedNote: You can search using the New PubMed or the old PubMed. I'n my humble opinion the advanced search in the New PubMed is easier to use.
- CINAHLGreat resource for information related to nursing and allied health.
- Medline (OVID)Can be cumbersome at first use, but is a great tool for building an effective search and exploring keywords.

Results - 162
CINAHL
Search - (elderly or aged or older or geriatric) AND arthritis, rheumatoid AND (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) AND (disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs)
Results - 27
MedLine (Ovid) - Is very unique.
The Search is built on the left and the number of results appears on the right.
Hint: Each search is specific to each database. If you copy and past the search it should give you the same results, barring an new article being published or one being redacted.
