Locating Online Research Reports & Testimonies

Many current research reports on Workers' Compensation law, statistics, practices, and reform are available through the Internet.  On these pages, we list the major reports that are easily downloaded.  Congressional testimony can be a rich source of current research and statistics.

To find additional online publications, use a search engine such as Google.  Input key words, such as "workers' compensation".  By putting the term in parentheses, you are tell the search engine that this is a phrase.  You can add additional terms, such as "statistics" or "black lung".  Use Advanced Google to limit your search by type of file (pdf, powerpoint) or source (government, educational domain).
