Personal Librarian Program

The Personal Librarian Program helps Rutgers-Camden first-year undergraduates connect with a librarian to learn about library resources, performing research, library events, and more. Your librarian will send you periodic emails throughout your first year at Rutgers, be available for research consultations, and answer the questions new students have about libraries and research in college.

What can students expect from their Personal Librarian?

• Alerts about  upcoming events such as film screenings, DIY crafts, tech workshops, and more;
• Help with research when you need it through email, phone, or in person;
• Useful tips and tutorials for succeeding in college;
• Answers to your questions! Even if we don't have the answer, we will find you the person who does.
