Catalog Quick Search

Library Catalog

Search all Rutgers Libraries for books, videos, media, microforms, and other materials.

Find Books

The library catalog is the best place to search for books. You can search the catalog using the search box provided above or by going to our website and clicking on the "Books and More" tab.

  • Select your search type  (words anywhere, title, author, subject)
  • Enter your search terms
  • Select Library (optional)
  • Use ADVANCED SEARCH to narrow the results down (books, sound recordings, video)

If you need a book quickly, use the "Select Library" dropdown menu to limit your search to books that are in CAMDEN.

If the book is not available in Camden, you can request the item for delivery by clicking on the Book Delivery/Recall button.

Sound Recordings and non-circulation books (BOOK-N) are requested by clicking on the Book Special Request button.

If you are looking for books that may not available in the Rutgers library system, you can identify relevant titles by searching for your topic in Amazon, Google Books, or Worldcat, the world's largest library catalog.

If the book is not available at Rutgers, you can request to have it delivered from another university via EZ-Borrow.
