NJ HopeLine 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Whatever you’re going through, feeling, or thinking, we are here to listen and support you. Don’t face it alone. ANNOUNCEMENT On July 16th, 2022, the nation launched 988 for 24/7 crisis care.

Employee Assistance Program Why Consider an EAP Personal problems that carry over into the workplace can cause stress, lower productivity and even create uncomfortable situations for co-workers and colleagues. We do this by providing education, training, and consultation services. Our philosophy of care is simply to provide the highest-quality service that is confidential, appropriate, and respectful of the specific needs of the individuals seeking our assistance.

Areas of Service for Staff Counseling Problems that are interfering with one's ability to function effectively at work are appropriate to bring to the assistance program. We also offer consultation for those seeking help with one of the university's related services or policies, for example, harassment, workplace violence, or sexual assault. Costs for outside services, if referrals are made, are the responsibility of the client. Health insurance may cover some or all of these costs.
