Webex - Online Conferencing

While course instruction is being delivered remotely, employees are strongly encouraged to use teleconference services, such as Webex, in lieu of in-person meetings.

Using Webex:

The Office of Information Technology has waived the Webex license restrictions to encourage all faculty and staff to use the tool.
All Webex users have access to three tools, Trainings, Meetings, and Events. Webex Training is suitable for lecture style classes, and Webex Meetings is suitable for interactive classes.
To get started, you must activate your license.

For librarians who can teach within Canvas, this LMS has an add-on web conferencing tool called BigBlueButton.
