Library support for your success at Rutgers and beyond

Library support for your success at Rutgers

Rutgers Libraries are committed to supporting your academic success. The tabs below cover some essential services and resources.

If you have questions later, you can make an appointment to meet with me to discuss your research. I'll confirm the appointment and ask whether you want to meet in Alexander Library or online. Or you can just email me: glynn@rutgers.edu. I can answer any questions you may have, send links to relevant resources, perhaps provide screenshots of search strategies in a database.

I usually reply very promptly. But if time is the essence, on the Libraries homepage, you can Ask Us at the top. There are a number of options, including 24/7 chat reference.

This guide is intended primarily for 3rd-Year-&-Beyond students. If you'd like to review, especially searching in QuickSearch, check out the THRIVE guide for 1st-&-2nd-Year students. You use QuickSearch to search for, among other sources, books and e-books. This also a general Intro Guide to the Libraries, as well specific research guides for any subject taught at Rutgers.
