Search Tip: Common Keywords in Aging Research

Aging research is a multidisciplinary field, and a variety of key terms are utilized.  Here are some examples that you can apply to searching for information:

aging, elderly, gerontology, older adults, older people, seniors

disability, chronic conditions, chronic illnesses

functional status, functional impairment, longevity
