re3data.org is a directory of data repositories. Data repositories have data by discipline available for reuse, although some data may be restricted to protect subjects.

Kaggle is an online machine learning community with datasets available for teaching and learning. https://www.kaggle.com/datasets
Tableau public has datasets available for getting started with data visualizations.
