The Impact of Superstorm Sandy on New Jersey Towns and Households is a report by Prof. Stephanie Hoopes Halpin of the Rutgers School of Public Affairs and Administration. Prof. Hoopes Halpin also wrote Home Rule in NJ and Hurricane Sandy Recovery: Managing Power Restoration, Gas Rationing, Debris Removal and Temporary Housing for the American Society for Public Administration 2013 Annual Conference.
