Rhetoric 562: Discourse and Genre in Writing

This guide is intended for students of the Rutgers-Camden graduate course taught by Dr. Bill Fitzgerald.

Find Books

The library catalog is the best place to search for books. You can search the catalog using the search box provided above or by going to our website and clicking on the "Books and More" tab.

  • Select your search type  (words anywhere, title, author, subject)
  • Enter your search terms
  • Select Library (optional)
  • Use ADVANCED SEARCH to narrow the results down (books, sound recordings, video)

If you need a book quickly, use the "Select Library" dropdown menu to limit your search to books that are in CAMDEN.

If the book is not available in Camden, you can request the item for delivery by clicking on the Book Delivery/Recall button.

If the book is not available at Rutgers, you can request the item for delivery from another university by clicking on the EZ-Borrow button.

Sound Recordings and non-circulation books (BOOK-N) are requested by clicking on the Book Special Request button.

Requesting Books

Many of the books you will need for your research may not be available at Rutgers. However, in many cases you can still obtain these books by using EZ Borrow, a service that allows you to request books from other libraries. EZ Borrow is completely free of cost.
