Celebrating 50 Years of Service

1966 -- 2016

John Cotton Dana Library was designated as a Federal Depository Library in the 10th U.S. Congressional District of N.J. on December 27th, 1966 with the sponsorship of Senator Harrison A. Williams Jr.

For 50 years, Dana Library has been providing the students, faculty and staff of Rutgers and public users with open access to its tangible collection and online resources of federal government publications.  The librarians at Dana have been offering excellent reference service and teaching on searching for and use of government published information. We will continue to do our best to keep the America informed.
