Finding Resources Using the Libraries' Website

Find eBooks

Start with QuickSearch on the Rutgers University Libraries home page

  • Enter your search term(s), you will get a list of results.
  • Use the left panel to narrow down to eBook.
  • Under ‘Resource Types” select Book.
  • Under “Limit to” select Available Online.
  • Select any title from the results list to view the complete details, including the link for online access.

Identify Databases for Your Research

On the Rutgers University Libraries homepage, select Find a Database next to the QuickSearch box. On the Databases page, you can browse the A-Z list or use the pull-down to narrow down your search.

Access to restricted resources for Rutgers off-campus users will require authentication using NetID. Log in when prompted. For best results, you may want to try VPN. Activate the VPN service and download AnyConnect.

Popular Research Guides at SEBS

There are literally hundreds of research guides, also called LibGuides, covering most disciplines taught and researched at SEBS. These guides may serve as a great starting point for someone new to an area. Updated frequently with the latest resources, often times with the help of a faculty expert from the department, can save time and efforts with their curated content and direct links.
