Why citations matter

The videos on this page show you how to cite in APA style or MLA style. You only need to complete the quiz for either APA style or MLA style.  You can try answering the quiz as many times as you want.   When you complete the quiz, be sure to print out your badge or email, and show it to your instructor.

Let's get started!  Please pick one of the tutorials:  APA style or MLA style.  If you major in social sciences or sciences, please choose APA style.  If you major in humanities, please choose MLA style.  There are many other styles.  Once you know how to cite in APA or MLA, you will be able to master the other styles.
