This research guide has been designed to help you with the library research component of your literature review. It has been organized by the steps you will take in using the University Libraries' resources and services: finding appropriate citations in the journal literature index for psychology, PsycINFO, locating them in fulltext/pdf, reading them, and finally reporting on them in your literature review.
Please let me know if you have any questions about your library research. My contact information is listed in the box to the right. You can also reach any librarian with your questions by using the Ask A Librarian sidebar on the pages of the University Libraries website.
Are you feeling a bit concerned about searching journal indexes or any other aspects of library research? The University Libraries has a series of tutorials on the research guide, Research in the Disciplines, which includes sections on journal database searching and finding fulltext articles among other topics. Please note that this guide was originally created by Ann Watkins (Dana Library Life Sciences Librarian), who retired in 2018.
