Resources at the Paul Robeson Library for English Language Learning



The Paul Robeson Library is open seven days a week during the regular school year. During weekdays, you may enter the library by showing any valid id, on weekends you must show your current Camden County College id to gain access. Library faculty are available for research assistance Monday-Saturday, and the circulation desk is open these days as well.

Welcome English Language Learners

This guide is for students of the Camden City campuses of Rowan University and Camden County College who are learning English. 

It provides suggestions for materials that we have in the Robeson library and also links to many resources, including:

  • Readers at your particular English-language reading level
  • Graphic novels that pair English with illustration
  • Text books on reserve
  • Test prep for the TOEFL, IELTS and U.S. Citizenship tests
  • Guides for writing and cititation style
  • Websites to practice your reading and listening skills
