This guide accompanies a graduate course in Liberal Studies on the Newark Campus.

Citation Managers

Style Guides

The Learning APA guide will help you with APA style.  The Purdue OWL has moved on to APA 7th.

Find out about constructing the MLA list of Works Cited and more on the MLA Citation Page.

The Chicago Manual of Style has a free Citation Quick Guide for students (Turabian).  To use Chicago-style footnotes with Microsoft Word, take a look at this video.  A good citation manager will help you automate parts of this process.

For Harvard style, follow their Citation Guide.

Additional style guides may be found on Writing and Citation Formatting (Electronic Reference Sources) by Stephanie Bartz (Alexander Library).
