Missing items MUST be listed as MISSING in QuickSearch before any request for delivery of a copy from a library outside the Rutgers system (i.e., E-ZBorrow, UBorrow, ILL) can be filled. Items can be reported missing at any Circulation Desk.
Whenever possible, visit the appropriate shelving location for an item that a user reports they can't find. In many cases, items are shelved where they belong, but users may be unfamiliar with the floorplan and with how to read a call number.
