When searching for books in the catalog, the key is to identify a subject heading that is related to your research topic. To do this, try a few different search terms to generate a results list. Browse through the list until you see a title that is generally related to your topic. Click on the record for that book and take note of the subject headings listed there - write these down and try unique searches in the catalog, mixing them together with an "AND" search as appropriate.
