Social Work Faculty Guide: DVDs/Video/Streaming

A portal to resources and services provided by the Rutgers University Libraries

DVD/Video/Streaming Resources

This page provides tips on how to search for DVDs/Videos, including media items available through streaming.  The right-hand box lists several streaming collections that can be searched by topic, group, and other variables.

Videos and DVDs circulate to faculty, staff, and graduate students for 3 days.

DVDs/Videos can be picked-up at several locations-see our Media Services for more information.

How to Find DVDs/Video in the Library Catalog

To find video in Quicksearch

  • Enter your search term(s) or item title. If you wish, you can use Advanced Search to further define your search.
  • Once you have a list of results, use the options at the left to narrow your search to video by selecting your preferred format(s) (e.g.,  Video, Audio Visual) from the Resource Type list.
  • Select any title from the results list to view the complete details for that item. If it is available to stream, it will be "Available Online." Click on the link under "Full text availability" to access the content.
