Finding Articles on Labor and Employment Studies

Journal and magazine articles are often the best source for research and current information on minorities in the workplace.  This section is divided into three parts:

(1) An annotated list of the many diverse databases available from Rutgers University Libraries (RUL) which can be used to locate scholarly and magazine articles.

(2) Tips on how to search databases.

(3) An explanation of the different kinds of periodicals that contain information on minorities in the workplace--scholarly journals, practitioner magazines, and popular magazines--and how to identify them.
