Research Guide and Discussion Post Assignment

Welcome to Your Research Guide & Discussion Assignment

What will I need to do?

To complete this assignment, you will watch three short videos. In each video, you will encounter questions that must be answered before you can continue watching. Some questions are meant to reinforce information presented in the video, some questions will walk you through research skill steps, and some questions will ask you to reflect upon your thoughts and practices. These reflective questions are designed to build your metacognition skills – your awareness about your thinking.

Why am I doing this?

The purpose of the videos and questions is to help you to further develop the research skills required for this class and all your academic pursuits, as well as the critical stance required for your interactions with information in and out of the academic setting.
