Course Reserves

The course reserves form has been updated to focus on electronic reserves options and to facilitate faculty file uploads for electronic reserves. Reserves staff are monitoring submissions to this form to route purchase requests for alternative formats and ensure student access to electronic reserve files through QuickSearch.

What you need to know...from the Art Librarian

Dear Art Library patrons,

As the world is rapidly changing due to the COVID-19 virus the Rutgers University Libraries are doing their best to support our students, faculty, and staff, in these trying times. Please note that all Rutgers University Libraries buildings are closed indefinitely, and physical collections, including inter-library loan, are unavailable. Library services are now online-only, and the website has been changed to reflect this status. Please visit the libraries COVID-19 page for support navigating the change.

  • If you need reference support I am available by chat, email, phone, or virtually face to face. Please contact me with questions or to set up an appointment at
  • If you need virtual library/bibliographic instruction please contact me via email to discuss options.
  • If you are having issues finding resources, please contact me.
  • Faculty, also remember the reserves form can be found at the following link in particular when requesting electronic resources for your courses.

Again please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns?

Be well,

Megan Lotts, MFA, M.L.I.S (my pronouns she/her/hers)
