Bonnie L. Fong is the Physical Sciences Librarian on the Rutgers University-Newark campus. She serves as the liaison for the Chemistry, Earth & Environmental Science, Mathematics, & Physics departments. After majoring in Chemistry as an undergraduate student, Bonnie taught high school chemistry for a couple of years, then managed the physical science laboratories at a nearby community college. She went on to earn her Master's degree in Library Science and has been a librarian at Rutgers since 2011.
For this class, you will be following the citation style used by JACS (Journal of the American Chemical Society). According to pages 4, 6, and 7 of the "Author Guidelines" for this journal, you should consult The ACS Style Guide, 3rd edition and be sure to include article titles and use journal abbreviations as listed in Chemical Abstracts Service Source Index (CASSI).
