Welcome to the RUL Library Guide on Strategic Research.  This guide is intended to be a starting point for undergraduates, graduate students, and interested researchers.  Some of the resources listed are available to Rutgers affiliates only.  Non-Rutgers researchers may be able to access article databases through their own academic institution or their local public library.  Union activists should also consult our library guide Research Guide for Union Leaders & Activists (
