Searching the Catalogs

Start the seach in the Library Catalog and Databases using keywords in order  to locate more precise Subject Headings. The print collection will most likely be at Chang, Douglass, and the Library of Science and Medicine. You can use the "Materials Delivery Service" to have the book delivered to your preferred library.

Useful Subject Headings:

"food," "food supply," "food habits," "food consumption," "nutrition," "diet," "health,"  "food industry and trade" [in our library catalog use parenthesis (food supply) instead of ""]

Combine the above with:

"health aspects," "government policy," "safety measures," "nutrition policy," "marketing," or "moral and ethical aspects"
