Welcome to Rutgers-Newark!

As the Social Work librarian on the Rutgers-Newark Campus I'd like to make your teaching life easier any way I can. So if you'd like me to meet with your class to talk about library services and resources that they can use for their research papers, have questions about library services or your own research, or know of materials (books, DVDs, etc.) that you would like added to the Dana Library collections, please feel free contact me. The best way to reach me is via email: natalieb@andromeda.rutgers.edu

The Rutgers University Libraries offer many services to faculty.  Here are some commonly-requested items for our campus:

  • Schedule a library session for your students by contacting Natalie Borisovets at natalieb@andromeda.rutgers.edu.
  • Place material on reserve at the Dana Library by filling out a Reserve Request Form.
  • Find the full text of an article from inside Rutgers databases by using the button or by searching in the catalog on the journal title.
  • Request an article you could not find electronically at Rutgers.
  • Request a book you could not find in the IRIS catalog at Rutgers (EZ-Borrow).  If EZ-Borrow does not have the book either, use interlibrary loan.
  • Book a video or other media for classroom use.
