NCSU Citation Builder

North Carolina State University Libraries built an online tool for creating citations in several different styles, including MLA. Simply choose the type of source you want to cite (journal article, book, etc.) and enter in the necessary information.

Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL): MLA Formatting and Style Guide

An excellent site providing guidance on citation formatting for research papers. Presents basic templates for many different sources with good explanations.  Also has information on APA style.
